Like I stated before.. i still get the 23 sts but my mother (who recently activated) only gets 11. My account is over 3 years old.. Could it have something to do with the minimum amount of 30.000 sts? In order to get interest, im just guessing.. no, my mother had more than 40k and still got reduced 50%.
