Counterparty News - Update Blog HERE

  • The support ticket system has been completely moved over to the Counterpartytalk.org forums and support.counterparty.io will no longer work. You can still send private tickets as explained in the provided link. A big thanks goes out to Counterparty forum user 'œSomething' for taking the time to move over all the topics.

  • At last months Inside Bitcoin conference in New York, Brian Kelly (author of The Bitcoin Big Bang) compares the bitcoin 2.0 projects as being an 'œApple vs Microsoft' situation. Read the Inside Bitcoins article

Counterwallet newly created assets issue

There has been a Counterpartytalk.org thread of very few folks having issues with accessing newly created assets. Troubleshooting this issue can be done by trying the following:

  • Sign out of your Counterwallet and log back in

  • Use the Google Chrome Incognito mode

  • Use the alternative counterwallet.coindaddy.io servers

  • If you cant see your assets, simply create a new regular address

  • Wait for up to three days worst case scenario

This is currently an open issue on the Counterwallet GitHub as issue #732

Project News

  • Coindaddy has announced a Reputation Service system in which you can rate any Counterparty token. Just like the rest of the services Coindaddy has to offer, there are APIs available to use to retrieve the overall rating of each token.

  • IndieSquare has released the very first mobile wallet for Counterparty assets. This is available for both iOS and Android and a video tutorial is available provided on the FoldingCoin YouTube Channel
